This describes what ApplyVerified actually does with your data. It is written to be specific rather than broad, because a policy that covers everything tells you nothing.

What we store

• Your email address, to sign you in. We do not store a password — sign-in is a one-time link, and the link itself is stored only as a hash.
• Your CV text, when you paste it. Stored as a file in Cloudflare R2, readable only by your own account.
• Your income and expense figures, your skills, goals, habits, and the people you record in the networking tracker.
• Jobs you add and applications you track, including the job description text you paste.
• Proof-of-application files you upload. These are hash-stamped and, by design, cannot be altered afterwards — including by us.
• What our AI features cost, per request: the model used, token counts and the cost. We store the cost, not a copy of your prompt beyond the result you were shown.
• Payment records from Stripe: the amount, currency and outcome. We never see or store your card number.

Who else sees it

• AI providers. When you use a paid AI feature, the text needed for that feature (your CV, a job description, your LinkedIn profile text) is sent to the AI provider that serves the request. We route through more than one provider for reliability. Providers are not given your email address or your income figures.
• An applier, if you hire one. This is the important one. If you post a marketplace order, the applier who claims it sees your CV, your work authorisation, your notice period and your salary expectation — the things needed to prepare an application. They do not see your email address, your phone number, your income and expense figures, or any password. We never give anyone your login to anything, and appliers are forbidden from logging in as you.
• Stripe, for payments. Resend, to send your sign-in link. Cloudflare, which hosts everything.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with recruiters or employers. You apply to jobs; we do not shop you around.

What we never do

• We never log in to your LinkedIn, your email, or any employer’s application system.
• We never submit an application without you seeing it first.
• We never ask for your password to another service, and you should never give it to us or to an applier.

Your control

You can delete any CV, job, application, contact or proof from inside the app. Deleting a CV removes the stored file. Email the address below to delete your account and everything in it.

Retention

We keep your data while your account exists. Cost and payment records are kept longer because we are required to keep accounting records.
